I.C.U is currently in development. We are building the mentorship framework and training our facilitators now. If you would like to be notified when enrollment opens, or you are interested in mentoring, we would love to hear from you.

Cultivating the inner strength of men - and empowering them to become positive contributors in their communities.

Developed by Men 4 Men, I.C.U creates space for marginalized men to be seen, challenged, and supported. Through group sessions and mentorship, men build the inner strength to lead themselves well and show up for the people around them.

It’s mentorship that meets men where they are and points them toward who they can become - accountable, grounded, and ready to give back.

How it works
